Singapore food and beverage rules leave pet access to the operator, and most venues still keep dogs out of air-conditioned areas. Cafes are the exception often enough to be worth filtering for, but "dog-friendly" can still mean the outdoor tables only. Check the access badge on a listing, then confirm with the cafe.

What to ask before you go
